5 Membraan zout-elektrolyse apparaat: Door middel van membraanelektrolyse wordt uit een lokale zoutoplossing een sterk desinfecterend middel gegenereerd welke zuivere chloorverbindingen bevat. Deze zuivere chloor oplossing word onmiddellijk na productie en zonder tussenopslag aan het zwembadwater toegevoegd. Hierdoor wordt optimaal gebruik gemaakt van de werking van dit chloor. Door het proportioneel regelgedrag kan er perfect automatisch worden ingespeeld op de chloorbehoefte van het te behandelen water. Daar er geen zout of andere restproducten in het zwembadwater aanwezig zijn kan een eenvoudige meting worden aangewend om een perfect hygiënisch en fris zwembadwater te verkrijgen. Het grote voordeel van een membraanelektrolyse-apparaat ten opzichte van andere zoutelektrolyse systemen is dat de elektrolyse in het toestel zelf gebeurt. De reststoffen van het elektrolyseproces worden in het apparaat gescheiden en komen niet in het badwater terecht. Geen zout zwembadwater dus!! De gebruikskosten zijn zeer laag door de lage prijs van zout. De opslag van zout is in vergelijking met andere chemicaliën eenvoudig en de kwaliteit van opgeslagen zout blijft stabiel gedurende zeer lange tijd. De ph wordt niet of weinig beïnvloed zodat er nog heel weinig andere chemicaliën nodig zijn. Optimaal reuk -en smaakloos zwembadwater. Het membraan elektrolyse apparaat is verkrijgbaar in de capaciteit 25 gr/h of 50 gr/h versie. 7 Membrane salt electrolysis device: By means of membrane electrolysis a strong disinfectant agent which contains a high-grade pure chlorine-oxygen concentration is generated from a salt solution. This chlorine solution is immediately after production and without in-between storage applied to the pool water. Thanks to the proportional behavior of the controller it is perfectly possible to respond automatically to the needs of the water to be treated. As there is no salt or other residual by-products present in the pool water a simple metering can be used to achieve a perfectly hygienic and fresh sparkling swimming pool water. The great advantage of this membrane electrolysis device towards other salt electrolysis systems is that the electrolysis takes place in the device itself, therefore no residues of the electrolysis process end up in the pool water. The water is not salty and equals drinking water quality. The price and consumption of salt is minimal and therefore more cost efficient than other forms of disinfection. Also, the storage of salt is not a problem, and the quality remains stable. The process has limited to no effect on PH, so the use of other chemicals is minimal. The pool water is odorless and tasteless. Membrane electrolysis device is available in 24 or 48A version. Proportional dosing control is adjustable for almost any type of measurement system. Suitable for both large and small pools. Maximum electrolysis current is adjustable (on demand for specific application). No in-between storage of hazardous products or gasses.
