2 Context & focus of STREAMER ( ) Context: Ziekenhuiscomplex verbonden aan het gebiedsenergiesysteem. Focus: Gebouw ontwerp(proces) voor energie optimalisatie Optimalisatie van het ontwerp van nieuwe en bestaande gebouwen op drie vlakken: 1) Installatiesystemen i.r.t. apparaten 2) Gebouwschil en inrichting i.r.t. gebruikers/bedrijfsprocessen 3) Energiesystemen i.r.t. grid binnen het gebied en in de omgeving BIM maakt het mogelijk om veel informatie te (her) gebruiken en als ondersteuning voor berekeningen te laten dienen => niet gebruikt 2

3 Projectdoelstelling en beoogde resultaten Doel: Optimaal ontwerp van nieuwe en gerenoveerde gebouwen t.b.v. 50% reductie van energieconsumptie en CO2-emmissie tijdens gebruiksfase Hoe: Sturen met behulp van KPI dashboard in ontwerpfase als ondersteuning Beoogde resultaten: 1. Semantisch ontwerpmodel (lees: intelligent 3D ontwerp-template met stuurinformatie) 2. Bouw Energie Model (BEM) (lees: model voor berekening van energieprestatie) 3. Lifecycle decision-support tool (lees: afwegingskader en besluitvormingstool) 3

5 Energy Efficient Gebouwen/buurten hot topic! EU-scope: Zorg draagt ~5% bij aan de carbon footprint; Ziekenhuizen verbruiken 24/7 veel energie; Aanscherping (EU-) regelgeving (near/zero energy buildings, Energy performance directive); Praktijk: Weining aandacht of RvB niveau; Gaat over relatief weinig geld (circa 2-3% kosten op jaarbasis) Geen belangrijke indicator; Geen aandachtspunt bij bestaande gebouwen; En: Zorgprocessen veranderen sneller dan gebouwen 5
