Een editie met als thema QC preparaten, speciale diagnostica en nog veel meer. Eens per 3 jaar produceren wij o.a. voor de regio s Noord, Oost en Gelre grote batches Proteins controles en CRP controles met (extra) hoge CRP concentraties. Productie zal medio augustus/september 2009 plaatsvinden. Levering aan klanten: November De houdbaarheid is 3,5 jaar af productie voor deze preparaten. Wij verlenen altijd 15% korting op de prijslijstprijs bij afname ineens voor 3 jaar. Vrijwel alle gebruikers maken daar gebruik van. Mogelijk wilt U ook participeren. De redenen zouden kunnen zijn: - (Te) hoge prijs per milliliter van Uw huidige controles. - Instabiliteit van (enkele) parameters na productie of na oplossen / ontdooien. - Kortere periode van gebruik af productie, bijv. 2 jaar of minder. - De noodzaak om bij -20 o C op te slaan. Wij hebben nog proefflacons van de huidige batches voor U beschikbaar. In 2009 bestaat INstruchemie 30 jaar als een onafhankelijk (familie)bedrijf. Dat betekent nog altijd vrije keuzes in producten en strategieën voor binnen- en buitenland. Mede door Uw vertrouwen hebben wij deze mijlpaal kunnen bereiken. Wij zijn U daar zeer erkentelijk voor. Met name de volgende producten blijken erg succesvol: Humane Hb sneltest in feaces, QC preparaten, automatiseringsmogelijkheden van onze ammonia-, chymotrypsine-, hydroxyboterzuur-, galactose-, sorbitol dehydrogenase-, vrije vetzuren- en phospholipidenreagensset. Veel belovend is ook onze nieuwe Vitamine D3 bepaling op HPLC apparatuur. De monstervoorbereiding is nu sterk vereenvoudigd en uiterst snel. Dat bespaart vele arbeidsuren en reagenskosten. Zelfs de SPE kolommetjes zijn niet meer nodig. Wij wensen U veel leesplezier met deze INstruendum. 4 25-OH Vitamin D3 in Plasma / Serum Het aantal bepalingen van de 25-OH Vitamin D3 neemt in Nederland sterk toe. De HPLC techniek is nog altijd het meest betrouwbaar en blijft referentiemethodiek. Tot op heden is de monstervoorbereiding het meest problematisch en tijdrovend vanwege de vele te volgen stappen. Dat geldt vooral natuurlijk voor de grotere series. Dat is nu voorbij met onze methodiek. Ook de kosten per test zijn drastisch gedaald omdat veel minder reagens wordt gebruikt. SPE elutie kolommetjes zijn eveneens niet meer nodig. Onteiwitte sera of plasma s, controles en standaarden worden na centrifugeren direct geïnjecteerd in het HPLC systeem. Wij willen U gaarne van aanvullende informatie voorzien of een demonstratie verzorgen.
