As registry holder CertiQ implements Knowyour-Customer regulations and requirements to fulfil its obligation to create a safe trading environment. Thus, in order to complete our appraisal concerning your application, we kindly ask you to answer the following questions about your company. CertiQ is a member of the Association of Issuing Bodies. To simplify access to their respective markets, all AIB members are cooperating in the admission process, and all questionnaires are made available to all other AIB members in order to share information. Together with this questionnaire, we ask you to submit (good quality) photocopies of the passports/identity cards of your General Manager, Board members and contact people.
