9 Implementation RPAS operation Restrictions / exemptions (DRONE<25 KG): à Planned activities: VLOS operations (max. 500 meters horizontal and 120 meters vertical) Distance between crowd (>12), (high)ways, railways, waterways, industry and continuous buildings > 25 meters. à Disaster management activities: It must be a deposited site, controlled by the emergency services VLOS operations (max. 500 meters horizontal and 120 meters vertical) Flying above objects / people is allowed Distance between crowd (>12), (high)ways, railways, waterways, industry and continuous buildings, at least half of the altitude.

20 Current state Operational Handbook Twente blueprint operational manual for Fire Brigade Netherlands; National project with a project team and sounding board group; Set up an "industry" focused training program, "Brainbox Drones" (Develop fire department specific training scenarios).
